Hey Garlon! Welcome to planDisney, where we are here to help with all your planning needs.
For guests with a room-only reservation at a Disney Resort hotel, no upfront payment is required beyond the initial deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of your arrival.
If you’ve completed online check-in and provided a credit card, that card will automatically be charged for the remaining balance on your check-in day. This makes the process smooth and allows you to head straight to your room without stopping by the front desk.
If you’d prefer to pay the balance with a different method, like Disney Gift Cards or a different credit card, it’s a good idea to take care of that before your arrival or speak with a Cast Member at the front desk before the automatic charge is processed.
If you’ve booked a Walt Disney World vacation package, you can view your remaining balance in your
My Disney Experience account. You’ll also see a link there that allows you to make payments directly online.
Those payments can be made at any time before your final due date, which is typically 30 days before arrival. It’s a great way to chip away at the balance on your own schedule. Just log in, head to the "My Plans" section, and select your reservation to access the payment option.
If you’re planning to use
Disney Gift Cards or want to split payments between cards, you can apply those through the same link.
Garlon, if you find that you need additional help with
Lightning Lane choices,
dining reservations, or activities outside of the parks, please stop by and visit with me again!
Toodles,
