Hi Kelley,
Welcome to planDisney!
The cheer heard around the world - YAY for planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! Paying off that vacation package balance is important, and I am happy to help. If you have not done so already, create a
My Disney Experience account and
link your vacation package confirmation number to that account.
Once that vacation package is linked, you should be able to see it under My Plans in My Disney Experience. And, from there, you should be able to click on the link to Make a Payment. If you do not see the Make a Payment link after you have linked the vacation package in My Disney Experience, then you will need to
contact a Cast Member to get assistance with applying that payment to your reservation.
If you have not done so, I do suggest that you check the
theme park reservation availability calendar and make Disney Park Pass system reservations for the dates of your visit. You will need valid theme park admission for each day that you make a park pass reservation. Once you make those park pass reservations, they should appear in My Plans in My Disney Experience. If you decide to change your park plans prior to your visit, check the theme park reservation availability calendar first. Then, cancel existing park reservations and make new ones.
As it gets closer to the dates of your trip, I also highly recommend that you make
advanced dining reservations, review the
operational updates, and download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. On our most recent visit, we used the mobile app to do
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and
Mobile Dine Check-in. We had a phenomenal visit and were thrilled with the digital tools available to help us make the most out of our vacation.
Kelley, you have some time. Get your superhero crew together and get ready for an
Incredible Disney visit!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
