    Can you pay for reservations that require advance payment (fireworks dessert parties, etc.) with a gift card?

    Thanks so much for stopping by with your question. The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration has so many new and exciting experiences, attractions, treats, and so much more - including the amazing new Magic Kingdom 50th Fireworks Dessert Parties: Disney Enchantment Treats & Seats!

    At this time, Disney Gift Cards are not accepted online for booking special events such as these but can be used when booking over the phone. I wanted to double-check to make absolutely sure, and sure enough, when I tried to check out with a reservation for this particular dessert party, adding a major credit card was the only payment option. I suggest calling and speaking to a Cast Member to reserve these experiences if you would like to use your Disney Gift Card. Payment options are evolving all the time, so this option may be available in the future!

    When I was at EPCOT last weekend we spotted another great opportunity while we were having dinner. The Cast Members at Spice Road Table were setting up for their Fireworks Dining Package, including great food and drink offerings and a front-row seat to the new nighttime spectacular at EPCOT, Harmonious!
