    Can I pay for my reservation online or do I have to phone in

    Hi Stephani and welcome to planDisney!

    If you've booked a Room-Only reservation at one of the Disney Resorts hotels, you don't have to pay the full balance in advance. The final payment is typically due at check-in. But if you'd prefer to check that off your to-do list early, you can call a helpful Cast Member, and they’ll be happy to assist with your payment over the phone.

    If you'd rather wait and you have completed the online check-in option, your card on file will be charged automatically on the morning of your arrival, making your check-in process super easy! 
    Online check-in will allow you to skip the front desk at the resort and head directly to your resort room. 
    You'll receive an email and/or text message detailing your room specifics including the number, location, and directions! 

    If you have a Disney vacation package, which includes your resort room, theme park tickets, and the optional Disney Dining Plan, you can make payments from your My Disney Experience account. Just log into your account, and you'll be able to see the balance due, the due date, and a link to make a payment.
