If you pay for preferred parking and have to leave then come back later, is it guaranteed that you will still have a preferred parking space? Do they only sell as many tickets as there are spaces?

    Hi Lauren,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question.

Preferred Parking at Walt Disney World Resort’s Theme Parks is one of my family’s favourite “little splurges” when we’re on vacation… especially when our feet start getting tired near the end of the trip! I’ve used this service a lot during our visits and, based on my experience, I’ve never had a problem hopping to another Theme Park and using Preferred Parking there, or even returning to that same Theme Park later in the day.

That being said, Preferred Parking isn’t guaranteed to be available all the time. For example, during runDisney race weekends, Preferred Parking isn’t typically available at Epcot on race days because of how much space the race staging takes up. I’ve also heard that it can sometimes be unavailable during particularly busy times of year, such as the Holidays. If you have any questions about Preferred Parking on a particular day, I’d suggest asking the Cast Member who will be greeting you at the entrance plaza. They’ll be happy to help!

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
