Welcome, Jaqueline! Thank you for visiting us with your question.
Sailing with Captain Mickey includes so many things, from outstanding entertainment to delicious dining and fantastic youth spaces; it’s easy to see why Disney Cruise Line is a family favorite. If you’re anything like me, you’ll want to purchase a few souvenirs and explore the ports. I’m happy to share that you have a couple of options to pay for your
Port Adventures.
Port Adventures are charged to your onboard account. When you complete online check-in, the credit card you place on file will be charged during your voyage. One way to pay for your Port Adventures is to purchase Onboard Credit before you set sail. This option is on the
Disney Cruise Line website under
Onboard Gifts on the Already Booked tab. Once you enter your reservation details, hover over the arrow next to Shop by Category, then select Onboard Credit and enter the payment information. I like to add money to my stateroom to cover our onboard expenses.
A second option is to purchase a Disney Gift Card before you set sail. You can visit Guest Services any time after you board to have your gift card applied to your onboard account. Several big stores offer discounts on Disney Gift Cards this time of year. I hope one of these options works for you, Jaqueline.
Purchases made with your Key to the World Card will automatically be deducted from your stateroom credit. You can keep track of your spending on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. If you have any additional questions as you prepare to set sail, please stop by planDisney again. We can’t wait to help you with your magical vacation.
SEAS the adventure!
