If we pay for parking then leave to go back to our off site hotel later on do we have to pay for parking again>

Hi, Ana, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you so much for stopping by with your question!

Having a car when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort can be quite handy. It allows you to be flexible with your time, coming and going as you need to. My family lives close by, so naturally, we always have our car with us. Even when we're planning a stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, there are times when driving ourselves around just makes sense.

You always pay the daily parking fee at a Theme Park only once, and you can leave and return as needed without paying again. In fact, if you're visiting more than one Theme Park that day, your one-time parking fee covers the other Parks, too! Sweet!

Ana, if you're planning to leave a Theme Park and return the same day, you might want to consider Preferred Parking. It costs a bit more than standard parking, but you'll be guaranteed a great spot when you come back for more fun later.

I hope this helps you plan a magical visit to Walt Disney World, Ana. Please come see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
