Do you have to pay for parking at dolphin resort

    Greetings Scott!

The Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Hotels are in such a great location! I love Disney’s BoardWalk area for the easy access to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT

Scott, there is a parking fee at those resorts. According to the hotel amenities listing on the Dolphin website and a conversation with a friendly Cast Member, self-parking is $40 per day plus tax. If you want valet parking assistance, the cost is $51-61 dollars per day plus tax depending on the vehicle.  These prices are subject to change, and it is always best to call the resort and confirm the nightly parking rate.

There is a 5-night maximum charge for Walt Disney Travel Company Guests, so if your trip is beyond the five total days, you would only get charged parking fees for the first five nights.

Scott, you will have so many options for complimentary transportation after a night at Hollywood Studios.  We love the friendship boat that is just outside the gates of Hollywood and will take you on a short, scenic ride back to your Disney home at the Dolphin resort! There are also nights when our feet aren’t so tired, and we decide to take the walking path near the bus drop-offs that runs right along the water and takes you right to the BoardWalk area.  You could also soar above the clouds, or close to them, on the Disney Skyliner that would take a little more time but would drop you off near the International Gateway outside EPCOT and you would then have a nice walk across the BoardWalk to get you back to your Dolphin resort for the night!

Scott, have a magical trip and if you have any additional questions don’t hesitate to stop back into planDisney! And don’t forget to enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
