Welcome to planDisney, and excellent question. I’m Shantel, and I will be more than happy to help you finalize your payment so that you can get back to planning for your visit.
You can view your account balance online through
My Disney Experience. If you do not have an account yet, don’t worry, it will only take a few moments to create your account and
link all your upcoming reservations. Once your account is set and your reservations have been linked, you can view your remaining balance. Select the “
My Plans” option from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. On this page, you should see your vacation package details, including your confirmation number and remaining balance. Next to that, you should see a blue link that says “Make a Payment”. Click on that to open up the page that allows you to make a payment towards your vacation package.
If you do not see the balance or option to make a payment, Hakuna Matata! Just give the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line a call to complete your payment over the phone. Have your confirmation number ready, as well as the name of the lead Guest to complete your payment over the phone. With the wave of a wand and the click of a button, your payment will be processed, and you will be one step closer to the magic.
