Howdy Partner!
Welcome to planDisney Sam! I’m sure you are counting down the days to your upcoming February trip. It is so close, and I’m so excited for you to experience the magic of the
50th Anniversary Celebration at Walt Disney World Resort. It is genuinely an enchanting time! Be sure to make a stop at one of my favorite parks,
Disney's Hollywood Studios. In
Toy Story Land you get to experience live as one of Andy's toys. Make sure to play a round or two at
Toy Story Mania!
Your final balance for your reservation is due 30 days before your arrival date, so let’s get you to the right place. To make a final payment on your trip, you will need to access your
My Disney Experience account. If you do not already have a My Disney Experience account, you first need to do so. Your My Disney Experience app will also be your central hub for planning, including making dining reservations and adding Genie+.
Once you log in to your My Disney Experience account, navigate to “My Plans.” There you should be able to see your upcoming trip details. If you cannot see your reservations for some reason, you will need to link them before moving on to the next step.
Select the icon that looks like a little building with a flag on top to link your reservations. Under that icon, select “Link a Reservation.” Enter your Resort or Vacation Package confirmation number, and you will have linked the reservation to your account for future payments. Once your reservations have been linked, you will be able to select “Make Payment” to pay off your remaining balance. If you experience any difficulties making an online payment, then reach out to one of our magical Cast Members at (407)-939-4357, and they will assist you in making a payment.
I hope this was helpful, and you can begin the next phase of planning your upcoming trip.
Remember “You’ve Got a Friend In Me,” and I’m happy to answer any additional questions you may have!
