I want to pay off my bill and want to cancel one park ticket.

    Hi Rosalyn,

Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! It's great to see that you're planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

It sounds like you have purchased a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package. You can make payments towards your vacation package balance through your My Disney Experience account by going into the My Plans section and looking for your Resort information and confirmation number where you should see a "Make a Payment" option. If for some reason you're not able to see an option to make a payment, or if you'd like additional assistance, you can give a call to the Walt Disney Travel Company at (407) 939-7675 and the Cast Members can provide help.

I can also share that Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets are nonrefundable, and so it wouldn't be possible to cancel a ticket. You do have the ability to use the theme park ticket until its valid expiration date. If your ticket is unused and does happen to expire, you have an option to apply the amount you paid for the ticket towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket for a future visit.

Rosalyn, here's wishing you a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
