Hi Jessie!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question - I'm happy to help.
It sounds like you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation coming up! I'm so excited for you - you'll be making memories to last a lifetime at The Most Magical Place on Earth.
To
make a payment on an existing vacation package, you'll need to first sign in to your
My Disney Experience account on the
Walt Disney World website. Once signed in, visit the "My Plans" page to see if your Resort Hotel reservation has been successfully linked to your account.
If your hotel reservation does not appear in the "My Plans" section, you'll need to link it to your account. Hover over the "Resort Hotel" tab and select "Link a Reservation". You'll be prompted to enter your reservation confirmation number and the name of the lead Guest on the reservation. Once the reservation is linked, you should see a "Make a Payment" tab at the top of the page. (Please note: If you have a "room-only" reservation, your balance will be due upon arrival at your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel.)
If you don't see the "Make a Payment" option, try logging out of your My Disney Experience account and logging back in, or refreshing the page. If you still don't see the option to make a payment, you'll need to reach out to a Disney Cast Member for assistance. You can contact a Cast Member by
calling (407) 939-7675, or by submitting your inquiry using this online email form (make sure to include all of your reservation information and select "Disney Resort Hotel Reservations" as the subject line).
Hopefully, this will get you on the right path to begin making payments on your Walt Disney World vacation package. Magic is waiting, and it's time to start counting down the days until your vacation begins!
Have a magical day!
Diane W.
