Hiya Kristy,
Welcome to planDisney! I love that you are bringing your little Mouseketeer to Walt Disney World Resort. I’ve been bringing mine since they were less than a year old, and honestly, it is the best. There is nothing quite like seeing their eyes light up as they see all the sights and hear all the sounds. Plus the fact that I don’t have to buy them a ticket is a huge plus for me!
Great question, Kristy! I had this same question when I did
Breakfast a la Art at Topolino's Terrace with my daughter for the first time. Like your son, she wasn’t a big eater (and still isn’t), so I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to pay for her to nibble off my plate. You are welcome to buy him an a la carte side dish, but you will not have to buy him a prix fixe entrée. Mouseketeers under three are at no additional charge! You will still need to include your son when making reservations; however, Cast Members must have an accurate count of the number of people in your party.
I hope this was helpful, Kristy! Before I let you go, don’t forget to make note of the locations of the
Baby Care Centers before your trip. I love to visit them when my Mouseketeers need to cool down or just reset from the events of the day. They usually play Disney movies and are a great place to feed your littles with less distraction. Please come back and see
us if you need anything else.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
