    Should we pay for the hopper

    Hi Lisa,

    In my opinion, the answer to your question depends on the length of your vacation and whether this is your first trip to Walt Disney World.  If you have never been to Walt Disney World before and you have at least four days to dedicate to visiting the theme parks, then I think the park hopper option is an unnecessary luxury.  If you plan to spend one day in each theme park I guarantee you will find plenty to do at each park to fill your day with fun.  However, if you want to experience all four parks but you will be there less than four days, then you should add the park hopper option to your theme park tickets. 

    When my family travels to Walt Disney World these days, we love the park hopper option.  We like to spend a morning enjoying our favorite attractions in one theme park, take a mid-day break at our resort, and then go off to conquer another park.  If this strategy appeals to you, then park hoppers are advisable for you.  However, you certainly don't require them to have a fun-filled magical vacation.
