Hello there, Elmira! I am glad that you visited planDisney with your question. I take advantage of Disney Cruise Line's
flexible payment plan once I book a cruise. You can book your cruise and place it on hold for 3 days with no deposit. Your reservation will be confirmed when the deposit is made after the 3-day hold. Then you can pay at your own pace until the final payment is due.
Since you are looking at the
Disney Destiny or
Wish to cruise into the New Year, the final payment is due 90 days before the sail date, as those ships have itineraries of less than 7 days. The final due date for longer itineraries, such as those on the
Treasure, is 120 days prior to sailing. If you were looking to book at the end of December 2025, the final payment due date has already passed. If there are still staterooms available, full payment will be due at the time of booking. The Wish will depart from Port Canaveral on
December 29, 2025, for a 4-Night Bahamian Cruise. The Destiny will depart from Fort Lauderdale on
December 30, 2025, for a 5-Night Bahamian Cruise.
If you would like to cruise into 2027, you can take advantage of the flexible payment plan. There is a 5-Night Bahamian Cruise from Fort Lauderdale on the Disney Destiny, leaving on
December 28, 2026. The Wish will be sailing on a 3-Night Bahamian Cruise from Port Canaveral, departing on
December 31, 2026.
I hope this helps you make a decision on your New Year cruise, Elmira. Come back to see us at
planDisney if you have any other Disney vacation planning questions.
Adventure is out there!
