Can I pay for genie+ and lightning lanes with debit card? Or does it have to be with a credit card?

¡Hola, Giovanna! Welcome to planDisney, the Most Magical Place on the Internet. I just love it when my fellow Mexicans stop by to say hello!

I'm happy to report that you'll definitely be able to use your debit card to make payments within the My Disney Experience mobile app. Disney accepts all MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards, so you should be fine!

To purchase the Disney Genie+ Service, you'll need to open your My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of the screen, and select the My Disney Genie Day box. Once here, click on the purple banner that says "Get Disney Genie+ for today" and follow the instructions on the page to complete the transaction! After you're done with the process, you'll be able to move over to the Tip Board tab to start making your Lightning Lane reservations.

Giovanna, please keep in mind that you'll be able to purchase the service starting at midnight on the day that you plan on using it, and you can make your first Lightning Lane reservation at 7 a.m. that same day. If you want to use the service more than once during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, you'll need to follow these steps every single time! I hope this answered your questions, my friend. If you need anything else in English o en españolplease don't hesitate to reach back out to us so we can help you figure things out. We're always available and more than happy to help!

    Warm hugs,
