Do you have to pay extra to meet a character?

    Hi there, Peter!

What would Walt Disney World be if there wasn't a chance you could rub elbows with some of your favorite characters?

While there may be an occasional specially ticketed event, for the most part, if you see a character at one of the theme parks, you can just pop right in line and meet them! Isn't that awesome? You will even see that there are some character meet and greets that you can use one of your FastPass+ attraction selections for. This lets you bypass the regular line, and in most cases, it will save you time waiting to get a photo with your favorites.

I also highly recommend using the Disney PhotoPass service to capture the memories for you. This lets the whole family get into the picture together, and gives you even that many more opportunities to relive the magic when you get home.

One last thing - you can even take advantage of character dining experiences. Definitely make reservations for those in advance, but you may have a chance to meet Pooh, Mickey, Donald, or even the princesses while enjoying a delicious table service meal or buffet dining experience.

    Have a fantastic visit, Peter!
