Greetings, Jayne!
I am so very excited that you found planDisney! We are huge fans of everything Disney, and answering questions about planning your next trip is what we do best. I am delighted to see that you are planning on traveling to The Most Magical Place on Earth this spring. This is a great time to visit. If you plan on spending some time in EPCOT, be sure to check out the
International Flower and Garden Festival. Sampling amazing small plates from the outdoor kitchens are a great way to try a little bit of everything from the World Showcase. The
topiary displays featuring Disney characters are so unique and adorable, a must-see for sure.
I am sure you still have so many fun details to plan, so let's talk about how to make a payment. You'll be back to planning your magical adventure in no time. I personally recommend using
My Disney Experience to make your payment. This will allow you to make see your balance, avoid call queue wait times, and make payments when it's convenient for you. If you have not already set up a My Disney Experience account, you will need to do so before continuing with this route. Once your account is set up, you will need to link your upcoming vacation details. You can do this by selecting "My Plans" from the main drop-down menu. Find the blue icon labeled Resort Hotel and select the Link a Reservation option. All you will need is your last name and the confirmation number for your reservation. If you booked online you should have an email with this number. Can't find the confirmation information. Hakuna Matata! You can speak with a
Cast Member to get this information. Now that your reservation is linked you should be able to make a payment through the My Disney Experience website. You will find this option on the My Plans page towards the bottom, under My Itinerary. You should see your hotel information including the remaining balance, and a blue highlighted option to make a payment.
Jayne, sometimes a payment option will not show on your account. One example of this would be if you made your upcoming vacation plans using a travel professional or agency. This situation would require you to make a payment with them directly.
If you are still unable to process a payment independently, I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member. You can process a payment over the phone by calling (407) 939-1936 for a Walt Disney World vacation package or resort stay.
Jayne, I hope that these tips help you easily access your payment information. We can't wait to see ya real soon!
