Can I pay for my Disney Land hotel reservation with a Disney gift card?

    Hello, Nicole!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about the Disneyland Hotel. I hope you’re looking forward to your magical stay at the Happiest Place on Earth! There are so many new, limited-time offerings to explore as Pixar Fest continues at the Disneyland Resort from now until early September.

You can present the Disney Gift Card at the front desk of any of the Disneyland Resort Hotels as payment toward your hotel room stay or charges made around the resort using your room key. However, to book a room at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, Guests must secure the reservation with a major credit card or a Disney Rewards Redemption Card. Also, once you arrive, you’ll be required to keep a credit card on file during your stay. Keep in mind that you’ll receive a statement in your hotel room listing any incidental charges so you can pay the balance with your desired form of accepted payment. Otherwise, the credit card on file will be automatically charged at 11:00 a.m. on the day you check out.

I hope this answers your question, Nicole. Please stop by again if there’s any other information you need as your pixie-dusted vacation draws near!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
