Hey Maria! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for bringing your excellent question our way! Disney Gift Cards are one of my favorite forms of payment to use when visiting the Disneyland Resort! They make it easy for me to stay on budget and I find that they are more convenient than carrying cash. Disney Gift Cards are accepted at participating Disney owned-and-operated locations throughout the Disneyland Resort including the theme parks, hotels and the Downtown Disney District. Disney Gift Cards can be used toward admission tickets, merchandise and dining! Certain carts and outdoor vendors, may not be able to accept your Disney Gift Card. But, if you’re not sure if your Gift Card will be accepted, simply ask a Cast Member before making your purchase! I recently used a digital Disney Gift Card to purchase a Disneyland Resort Magic Key popcorn bucket refill. So, I can confirm the popcorn carts can accept a Gift Card. Just ask the churro stand when you arrive!
