Hiya Neal,
Welcome to planDisney! May is such a beautiful time to visit Walt Disney World Resort. The weather is perfect, and traditionally the crowds are much smaller. With shorter wait times, you can enjoy some of Disney’s newest attractions, including
Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT!
As an Annual Passholder, I am excited that you are looking to join the family. Being an Annual Passholder is so much fun, and I love joining in on the magic year-round. The
perks are also pretty special, including discounts on dining and shopping, exclusive access to special events, and even deals on Disney Resort Collection Hotels from time to time.
Paying for your annual pass with multiple gift cards is extremely tricky online. I’ve found that it is easier to do with a Cast Member at a Guest Relations. The system typically only takes one gift card, and then you use your credit card to pay for the remainder of the balance. If you cannot do so in person, you can call a Cast Member at Disney's Ticket Sales (407-939-7679) to pay with only gift cards. Before doing this, I recommend combining multiple gift card balances onto one or two gift cards and then using those to pay for your Annual Pass. You can easily do this through the
Disney Gift Card website. You will need to log onto the site using your Disney account information. Then scroll to “My Cards” and add each card number individually. You will then select one of the cards and transfer the balances (up to $1,000 total) from the other cards onto the one you choose. Be sure to mark that card with a Sharpie to know which one has the total balance. That should help you minimize the number of cards you are paying with and make your transaction easier overall.
I hope this helps, and when new Annual Pass sales resume, you can purchase one!
Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help,
Happy Planning!
