Magali, as someone who prefers cash versus card, I understand your concern. Unfortunately, as
Genie+ is available for purchase before park opening, Guests will need either a credit card or a
Disney Gift Card attached to their account. The same is the case for Mobile Ordering, as it is a completed transaction prior to picking up your food. One way to pay for your items or Genie+ and avoid utilizing a credit or debit card is to purchase a Disney Gift Card. You can purchase one in person at any of the Walt Disney World stores, and upload it to your My Disney Experience. You can ensure that you elect that as your form of payment when checking out.
