I'd be happy to help you with this question, and it's such a good idea to be prepared before you head to the Disneyland Resort. I'm happy to report that you are able to use cash to pay for things like
merchandise and souvenirs and
dining while you're enjoying Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park! However, if you're looking to utilize
mobile food and beverage ordering (which I highly recommend!) you would not be able to use cash through the
Disneyland app.
A great alternative to cash would be to purchase a
Disney Gift Card before your trip, or you could pay cash for a Disney Gift Card at one of the shops. I always like to register my gift card on the Disney Gift Card site in case something happens to it, it's also a great way to stick to a budget throughout your trip!
