Hi Melissa! Welcome to planDisney. I'm happy to help you out today.
Oh, the Make a Payment link. Once again, you're gone and on a different path than ours. And we're left behind, wondering if we're able to make a payment towards our
Walt Disney World Resort vacation package. Could we be growing apart? Or are you just lost in the woods, like Kristoff in
Frozen 2?
As you can probably tell, sometimes the blue "Make a Payment" link cannot be found after logging into your
My Disney Experience account, selecting "My Plans" from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu, and scrolling to where you see your reservation details, confirmation number, and remaining balance. If this is the case, you can first try to log out and then log back in. If that doesn't work, you can
call the resort to make your payment by phone. The friendly Cast Members at the resort are happy to help you out while this blue link finds its way out of the woods and back onto your account.
I see that your trip is right around the corner in November. By the time you visit, holiday decorations should be starting to pop up around the resort, especially
Magic Kingdom Park. And while the first two dates for
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party have sold out, if you're staying at least until November 13, 2023, that date is still on sale as of writing this answer! But even if you're not planning on attending this separately ticketed after-hours event, you'll get to enjoy the gorgeous decorations and the seasonal snacks that are available during non-party times.
What's more is that
Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana will be open when you visit. I can't wait to experience it for the first time myself later this month! It looks so beautiful, peaceful, and fits in perfectly in the World Nature neighborhood in
EPCOT.
Melissa, I hope you have a wonderful visit to the resort. If you have any other questions,
please feel free to reach out to me. Like all of my
fellow planDisney Panelist friends, I'm always happy to answer any questions you may have.
Up is down and day is night when you're not there,
Matt
