Welcome to planDisney! I am thrilled to see you are ready to pay the balance due on your vacation!
If you booked a vacation package, you can pay the balance due online through
My Disney Experience. Just make sure you have linked your vacation package in My Disney Experience. If you have not yet done so, find the confirmation number that should have been emailed to you, create a My Disney Experience account and then log into that account. Once you login, click on My Plans and then click on
Link Reservations and Tickets. Use the confirmation number to link the vacation package or resort hotel to your account. If you can make payments online, you should see a link that says Make a Payment beside your reservation details in My Disney Experience.
If you do not see a link to Make a Payment, you will need to
contact a Cast Member by phone to get some assistance with making a payment. Be aware that sometimes the hold times on the phone are incredibly long, so I would highly recommend that you make that payment online. In looking at the dates of your visit, I do hope you made
advanced dining reservations. Those are an absolute must-have. Even though we have used
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, it is lovely to have some guaranteed times to dine with dining reservations.
I also trust that you have
Disney Park Pass system reservations. If not, make those as soon as possible! And, if you consider changing those park pass reservations, always check the
theme park reservation availability calendar first before cancelling and trying to make new park pass reservations. Also check the
park hours to consider how you will make the best use of your time during your visit.
