    How to pay my balance?

Hey there, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by to ask your question.

Stephanie, paying your balance is as easy as bibbidi-bobbidi-click, and I’m happy to help you glide right through it!

So here's the deal: if you booked a vacation package directly through Disney (that's your hotel room plus tickets bundled together), just log into your account and hover over the “My Disney Experience” link. From there, click on the "My Plans" section, and you should see your upcoming reservation. Look for a blue "Make a Payment" link next to your balance. Click that, follow the steps, and you're all set!

Now, if you booked just a room without tickets, the payment option might not show up online. No big deal, though! Just give Disney Resort Hotel Reservations a call, and someone on their team will help you knock that payment out in no time.

Oh, and one heads up: most vacation packages need to be paid in full about 30 days before you arrive, so double-check your confirmation email for your specific deadline.

Once you've got that taken care of, the fun part begins. Planning your dining reservations, mapping out your must-dos, and getting excited for your trip! Be sure to pop by and see us if you need any additional planning tips with any of it.

Hope this helps, and wishing you the smoothest payment process and an absolutely magical vacation!

Let’s make some magic!
