    how does the pay in the annuel pass work? is there a time frame from when u have to pay if your late in payment? card holder issue can i switch to me since pass in under me?

Sometimes the logistics of monthly payments can get a little mixed up, but I am confident that there's a clear path to get everything back on track and under your name.

    Regarding the timeframe, if a monthly payment is missed, the Magic Key pass is typically paused or deactivated fairly quickly. This means you wouldn't be able to use it for park entry or for any of the great discounts on merchandise and dining until the payment is up-to-date.

    Now, if I’m understanding correctly, it sounds like the Magic Key pass is in your name but is currently being paid for by someone else, and you'd like to take over the payments. Since the pass is associated with you, the best next step would be to speak directly with a Cast Member who specializes in these situations. I’d recommend calling the Magic Key Holders line—they are incredibly helpful and can look up the account to see if it's possible to transfer the payment responsibility. If you happen to be visiting the resort or live nearby, you can also take care of this in person by stopping by one of the ticket booths located in the Main Entrance Esplanade between the two parks.

    To help make that process as smooth and efficient as possible, I'd recommend having your Magic Key pass number and your new payment information ready to go. It’s also important to be aware that when a pass is paused due to a missed payment, any existing theme park reservations tied to that Magic Key may be canceled. The good news is that the Cast Member you speak with can confirm the status of your existing reservations and may be able to help you re-book them once your pass is active again (subject to availability).
