    In the past 2 years, 3 friends have shown up at WDW to find hotel upgrades. What if you don't want one? 4 family's going together and we don't want to split if 1 is lucky enough to get an upgrade. Do you have to accept? We take turns babysitting there.

         I have good news for you!  You do not have to accept an upgrade if you do not desire to do so.  I can understand wanting to stay together with your four family group.  It is a wonderful idea to take turns babysitting for each other and having rooms close together will help you do that!
