Hi Stefanie!
We love being on the monorail loop since our favorite park is the Magic Kingdom. Staying in the deluxe category of Walt Disney World resorts is
Disney's Wilderness Lodge. It is typically a less expensive option and has direct transportation to the Magic Kingdom using the ferry boats. I am a HUGE fan of the ferry boats. It is such a relaxing and beautiful ride to and from the resort.
Wilderness Lodge is also one of my favorite resorts. Just stepping one foot in the lobby takes my breath away. There are so many hidden corners that are the perfect spots to sit an relax, including a few areas with rocking chairs in front of fireplaces.
Disney's Yacht and Beach Club are also great locations of Walt Disney World resorts. You can walk to the International Gateway entrance to Epcot and also walk or take the ferry boat to Disney's Hollywood Studios. If like to take a dip in the pools during your vacation, the Yacht and Beach Club is home to Stormalong Bay. This pool is incredible and is only open to guests staying at the Yacht and Beach Club. There is a sandy bottom pool that my kids love to play in, a water slide that starts at the top of a pirate ship and even their own version of a lazy river. The pools are heated year round, so it's always a good time of year to swim.
Now the decision is up to you!
Have a magical day!
Leslie
