    See past vacations booked

Hi there Heather, welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you stopped by with your question. Looking back on past Disney vacations is such a fun way to relive the magic, and I'm happy to help you figure out how to find those special memories. Whether you're reminiscing or planning your next adventure, you've come to the right place!

When you log into your My Disney Experience account and go to the “My Plans” section, you’ll only see your current and future trips, past reservations and hotels don’t show up there.

If you’d like information about a trip you’ve already taken, such as hotel folios, ticket details, or vacation packages, the easiest way is to contact Disney Guest Services. A Cast Member can pull up past reservations and send you any available documentation, such as your resort folio or ticket confirmation over the phone.

Another good tip: Disney typically emails you a copy of your resort folio on your checkout day (as long as there were charges on your stay), so checking your email, especially the Inbox and Spam folders can be helpful.

Heather, I hope you find this information helpful. Thank you again for visiting planDisney. We'll see ya real soon!
