I know that you and your family will love the ease of touring The Most Magical Place on Earth while using your
MagicBand+. No more fumbling for your park tickets or finding your
Disney PhotoPass Service card from the other day--it's all right there on your wrist. Even better? Guests staying at a
Disney Resort hotel can charge to their room account and unlock their hotel room door with just a tap of that band. So easy!
Typically, guests will
link a new MagicBand+ to their
My Disney Experience account and that MagicBand+ will be associated with that account for life. While it's easy for guests to deactivate/reactivate bands using My Disney Experience, moving that MagicBand+ to a different person's account may take a little extra magic. No worries, though! Cast Members at the
Disney Help Center will do just that: help! Just call the number listed under App and MagicBand Support to get started.
Another option is to use the Chat With Us feature in the
My Disney Experience App. To find it, just select the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines on top of each other) on the bottom right of your mobile device screen. Then, scroll down to Help & Feedback; you'll find the chat feature there. Once we're immersed in the magic of Walt Disney World, I don't have access to a laptop, so I've found the app's chat feature to be oh so helpful--even while gliding through the air on the
Disney Skyliner! Like our favorite Genie, Cast Members have phenomenal power when working on guests' behalf.
