Hey Nora,
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. Whether your stay was last week or last year, I hope you had a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World.
The invoice from your Disney Resort stay is usually sent to the email associated with your reservation after you check out. My most recent invoice came in an email with the subject line “Your Disney Resort Hotel Receipt,” so you could try searching for that in your email. If you can’t find it in your inbox, I recommend calling the
Guest Services Billing number or emailing Guest.Services.Billing@disneyworld.com. Cast Members should be available daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, but they may be closed on holidays. Try to have information about your Resort stay on hand, like the Resort you visited, name on the reservation, reservation number, and dates of your stay.
Having your Resort invoice is a great way to budget for your next Walt Disney World vacation. Looking back on the charges made to the Resort folio can also help plan for things like food and souvenirs in the future. Before picking out your next Disney Resort, you can check out the
Special Offers page on the Walt Disney World website to see which offers you can apply to your next stay. At this time, there are Disney Resort offers for this holiday season and Spring 2026, as well as a
spring ticket offer for Disney+ subscribers. If you log in with your MyDisney account, you should be able to view
Florida Resident offers too!
I hope this helps, Nora. Since the holidays are coming up, you can also use your invoice to create a unique wish list! I think a Disney Resort stay would always be at the top of my list! If you need any help planning a future vacation, we will be here to help at
planDisney!
