In the past I had to show picture ID to get discount with AP card, now that they are linked to the magic bands will I still have to show ID to get discounts? Thank you.

    Hi Lesley!

As an fellow Annual Passholder, I too take advantage of those discounts! I was just at the Walt Disney World Resorts 3 weeks ago and had to carry my Annual Pass as well as my ID in order to get the discount. It seems that since this is all still new and is still in its testing phase, the system is not showing who is an Annual Passholder, therefore the Cast Members have no way of verifying unless you present the cards.

It has been a pleasure assisting you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to send them my way and I would be happy to help!

    Happy Planning!
