    In the past, I've made payments online towards my balance. I looked at my plans, there is no way to pay. What?????

    I’m so happy to see you’ve booked your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation! You’re on your way to making memories that will last a lifetime! Isn't it so exciting to know that you'll be visiting during The World's Most Magical Celebration? You're going to absolutely love visiting during this special time with the extra sprinklings of pixie dust all around Walt Disney World in honor of Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. Be sure to keep an eye out for the golden sculptures of your favorite Characters located all around the parks as a part of the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection. Then, for a fun little game as you walk around, have your group keep track and see who can be the first to stop all 50 characters! Nothing like a little friendly competition, right, Barb?

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble making a payment to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Let’s see if we can get that figured out for you! First, you’ll want to start by logging into your My Disney Experience account from the Walt Disney World website. Once logged in, hover over the My Disney Experience logo in the upper right corner, and click on "My Plans." From there, scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets" section. You should see a blue link within this section that reads "Make a Payment." Click on this link and then follow the prompts to make your payment. That should do the trick, and you are all set!

    Now, if you’re still not able to see the link for whatever reason, worry not! Just think of the Cast Members on the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations team as your fairy godmothers who will be happy to sprinkle a little pixie dust and help you may your payment. You can reach them by calling (407) 939-1936.
