In the past, I had bought a multi-day pass to Disney. I had to cancel the trip for one member in the party and was given credit for that. I am wondering where I can go to view the credit that I have so that I can use it towards an upcoming visit.

    Hey there, Yukiko!

Welcome back to planDisney! I am so sorry to hear that a member of your party was unable to make the trip. A change in travel plans is never easy, and I am glad to hear you received a credit for that unused ticket! Let's go over some tips for finding ticket credits so you can get started on planning your next visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth.

Yukiko, if the credit was given as a theme park ticket, you might be able to see it on your My Disney Experience account. If you are using the Walt Disney World website, click on the My Disney Experience tab and select the Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker option. You will be able to see any tickets linked to your account on this page. You can also check your tickets in the My Disney Experience app. Tap the three lines at the bottom of the screen, and select My Tickets & Passes to see tickets associated with your account. If by chance a digital ticket was emailed to you, it would have gone to the email address you have associated with your My Disney Experience account. The digital ticket will have an ID number that you can use to link the ticket to your account in moments.

If the credit was sent to you in the form of a Disney Gift Card or account credit, an email containing all the details would have been sent to the email address on file. You would be able to use this gift card to purchase a new ticket.

Yukiko, if you are still unable to find your credit, I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member with Tickets & Hotel Reservations by phone. They may be able to assist you with finding that ticket credit! No time to call? You can also submit a request via email to the Tickets, Passes, and Theme Park Reservations team. Be sure to include details about the previous ticket dates and any confirmation numbers from the order that you may have on hand. I hope these tips help you track down that ticket credit and start planning your next adventure!

    We'll see ya real soon!
