In the past admission to Magic Kingdom was included in the price of the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. Has that changed? Everything on the Moms Panel and all over the internet says I can just buy a MVMCP ticket and get to the parks after 4pm.

    Hi Meghan,

You are going to love attending this year's Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!  You are correct, your ticket for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party will allow you to enter Magic Kingdom anytime after 4:00 PM.  If you wish to enter the park prior to 4:00 PM however you will need a separate theme park ticket.  One of my top strategies for maximizing the magic during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is arriving early on party night so I can enjoy some of my favorite attractions prior to the official start of the party.  Be sure to pick up your special party wristband after you enter Magic Kingdom on the night of the party because in order to stay for the party after 7:00 PM Guests will need to show their wristband.

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question Meghan.  Please let us know if we can help you further with your vacation planning and Happy Holiday Wishes!

    Blessings,
