Welcome to the magical world of planDisney, Pamela! Visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with family and friends is special, but I also love to be able to share in the magic of their visits even when we aren't there together, so I'm happy to try and help you troubleshoot so you can share in the magic from near or far!
Pamela, I'd recommend starting by double-checking your
Family & Friends List in your
My Disney Experience account or on the mobile app; for each Guest that you are connected to, click on Settings and be sure you have selected to allow each guest to "View All Plans." Your friends and family members will need to do the same to ensure the sharing permission is set correctly both ways. In completing this process myself, I recently discovered some friends I had previously shared plans with did not have this option marked, so it's possible that it may be as simple as that!
Another option you can try is logging out and logging back in to see if the plans you're looking for show up; sometimes technology just needs a magical reset! If these suggestions do not work, you may need a little extra pixie dust from a friendly Cast Member to look into your account settings and help you fix this tech issue. You can give them a call at the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ number or utilize the helpful chat feature on the Disney website.
Pamela, I hope this helps you to connect to your family and friends; if you have any other questions about visiting the parks, finding unique experiences to share with your family and friends, or anything else, feel free to
come back and ask us anytime!
See you real soon,
Alison
