Passing thru Feb. 13 & thought about a park on14th. Might not be the wisest idea if all the fast passes are gone. Is there a way to find out if they are before booking the Contemporary & buying tickets

    Hi Michelle,

My personal opinion is that if you have the chance to visit the most magical place on earth, take it and ENJOY! A stay at Disney's Contemporary Resort and a visit to a theme park sounds like a BLAST! I admit, I'm usually an avid planner, and I like to have my dining reservations made 180 days in advance and all of my FastPass+ selections made 60 days before I arrive, but planning a last-minute, spontaneous trip is lots of fun, too! Sometimes just showing up and seeing where the magic takes you makes for the very best memories!

While you won't be able to check FastPass+ availability without a valid theme park ticket linked to your My Disney Experience account, I went ahead and checked on some things for you with my account. I'm not sure how many Guests are in your party or which theme park you're looking at visiting, but a quick search for a party of four turned up 22 experiences at Magic Kingdom Park with FastPass+ availability that day (including Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, and Big Thunder Mountain!) All attractions and experiences are still available at Epcot, and Slinky Dog Dash is the only thing not currently available at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Kali River Rapids and Avatar Flight of Passage are not currently available at Disney's Animal Kingdom, but everything else still is. Now, keep in mind that the exact times you're looking for may not be available, and all of this availability is subject to change, but to me, it looks like there are still plenty of wonderful options to choose from!

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Michelle. As Ellie from UP believed, "Adventure is out there," and if you decide to go for it, I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
