Hello and welcome to
planDisney, Halona. I always love seeing a fellow North Carolinian stop by to ask a question. I am waving hello to you from somewhere in the state!
Halona, do you have a vacation package booked or a
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel reservation? A vacation package typically includes theme park tickets and since you are a
Walt Disney World Annual Passholder you don't really need those tickets which is why I've asked. You are able to make payments on a vacation package online but not a resort hotel-only reservation which is why you might not be seeing that option. If by chance, you have a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel stay booked, you can pay off the balance of the stay when you arrive. Typically, you won't be billed until the last day of your stay to include any charges to the room if you've used that feature. You'll be billed using the credit card you paid your deposit with unless you visit the front desk at the lobby and place another card on file. If you'd like to change the card be sure to do this before the last day because sometimes you are billed in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon and it can be a hassle to have them reverse the charges and then rebill you. It's best to do this when you arrive. If I am mistaken, Halona, and you have booked a whole vacation package you should see the option online to pay for it. Troubleshooting website errors isn't my strong suit so I do suggest calling (407) 939-7675 and paying for it over the phone with a Cast Member.
I hope this helps, Halona. If you have any other questions as you plan your most magical vacation, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help.
Have fun!
Jackie H.
