    I get passholder pop-up notifications on my iPhone. I click one to read it and poof! It’s gone. I’m now on the home screen of the app. Where does all the important information go within the app?

    I hope you are enjoying your visit to Walt Disney World Resort. As a fellow Annual Passholder, I also look forward to seeing those notifications pop up on my phone, even when I’m at home!

    First, I recommend making sure that your My Disney Experience app is up to date. Next, open the My Disney Experience app and scroll down on the main home page. A tile should be titled, “Welcome to The Passholder Buzz!”. 

    Kerri, you will need to be signed into your My Disney Experience account associated with your Annual Pass so that you can access the Passholder page. Once you click “Learn More” it will take you to “The Passholder Buzz” which contains all the latest news about Passholder benefits, merchandise, and even some fun articles about the theme parks that you can read at home! 

    If you prefer to view Annual Passholder news on your computer, you can still visit the Passholder Program page on the Walt Disney World Resort website. This page will guide you through the exclusive Passholder offerings, discounts available, and renewal information.
