Hi Vanessa,
Thank you for stopping by planDisney with another great question!
I am always delighted to greet another member of the
Annual Passholder family! I did call to speak with a cast member to check on this answer for you. The cast member advised that since you are on a payment plan, you will need to call to speak with
Passholder Payment Services. Unfortunately, we cannot access the details of your installment agreement. I did, however, call Passholder Payment Services to see if they could give me some general information. If you miss a payment, your Annual Pass may be temporarily blocked. You may, however, be able to make a late payment. Call to speak to them directly so they can access your account, see the details of your agreement, and provide a precise answer.
Looking at your arrival date, it looks like you are visiting soon! If you have not yet done so, take a look at the activities with
The Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort. This is my family's absolute favorite time of year to visit! We always visit the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays and make advanced dining reservations for a
Candlelight Processional Dining Package. If you have not made a dining reservation yet, be sure to check out the
celebrity narrators!
I also completely understand the need to budget for every Disney visit! I just changed a few dining reservations for our upcoming trip to be sure we stay within budget. If you cannot book a Candlelight Processional dining package, you can still make plans to
see the show. Note this year's showtimes of 5:00 p.m., 6:45 p.m., and 8:15 p.m. and head to the American Gardens Theater to get in line for the show. We have seen the show with various narrators. The music and storytelling are fantastic!
Vanessa, in the spirit of Princess Tiana, I am also sending a wish to the Evening Star trusting that you will get your Annual Pass payment made and be able to experience the joy of this holiday season at Disney!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
