Hiya Cara!
Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for sending us this magical question! Oh my goodness, Cara, your magical vacation is coming so soon! As an Annual Passholder myself, I have been able to enjoy the theme parks with so many of my friends, and I cannot wait for you and your friends to create magical memories too.
In my opinion, the best way to make plans with other adults is to have them create a
My Disney Experience account for themselves. While this is not required as you could create a profile that you would manage, it would be helpful for them to have their accounts as they would then be able to help you with the planning process. If they decide to create their own accounts, click on "
My Family & Friends" under the My Disney Experience tab and then "Add a Guest." Then, click on "I'll enter their name and age" and "Invite this Guest to connect" and enter their information, including the email that is associated with their account. If they decide not to create their account, you would follow the same step and click on "I want to manage all plans for this Guest."
Once your friends are linked to your Family & Friends List, ensure their tickets are also linked to their profiles. Tickets are typically linked to the Guest's profile upon checkout, but if you do not see them in the My Plans section,
link them using the confirmation number you received via email. Then, book
theme park reservations for everyone in your party! Both theme park tickets and reservations are required to count as valid theme park admission, so make sure that everyone in your party has them. If you need help with these steps, you can
contact a Cast Member via chat, email or phone, or stop by a Guest Relations window in the parks!
I hope this was helpful, Cara, and that you and your friends will have the best day ever on your Disney vacation. If you have any other questions or need suggestions for the best girls' trip, please don't hesitate to reach out! You've got a friend in us too.
Have a magical day,
Ariane
