Sounds like you’re using
Disney MagicMobile Service! I love using this feature because with it I’m able to use my iPhone or Apple Watch for entry into the Theme Parks. It’s super convenient!
From my experience, make sure your phone and watch are fully updated. I made the mistake of not updating my watch when I first wanted to use this feature and was only able to use my phone at the start. So, make sure everything is updated. Once that happens, the wallet on your watch should reflect the one on your phone almost instantly. Also, make sure that none of your party members have the same Pass Style in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. That'll make it easier to see the difference in passes.
Another fix could be to make sure your phone and watch are in the same Wi-Fi network overnight. This will hopefully make sure the two are connected so your final three passes can flow right into your wallet! It might also be helpful to make sure your “Background App Refresh” is turned on for your wallet.
