    We have passes from several years ago with the "non expire" on them! So excited to come next week, but how do we use them?

    Welcome to planDisney! I'm happy you stopped by with a question about the elusive non-expiring Disney World theme park tickets. I have a few of these linked in my My Disney Experience account and am waiting for the right time to use them! 

    You should be able to view these tickets in your My Disney Experience account - or link them if they’re not already there. For extra peace of mind, you can email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com, and a Cast Member can verify your tickets and assist with any linking issues.

    If you’d rather speak with someone directly, you can call Existing Tickets or visit any Guest Services location outside the theme parks. Another great option is stopping by the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, where friendly Cast Members will be happy to help!
