Hey Howdy Hey Joyce and welcome to planDisney!

Looks like in a few short weeks you will be on your way for a Magical vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth, how exciting! I am sorry to hear about your frustrating situation regarding your tickets. But let's see what we can do to help clear this up!

In most cases, you will be able to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account with your confirmation number or you might see a Walt Disney World Resort confirmation number on them. Follow these steps to link your tickets:
    • Log onto your My Disney Experience account
    • Look for the icons towards the top of your page and in the middle should be "Park Tickets"
    • Hover over "Park Tickets" and you should see a blue button come up to "Link Tickets"
    • Follow the prompts to link your tickets to your account.
    • By following the prompts, you should also be prompted to assign specific tickets to the party members in your group.
    • This should give you information on the specifics of the ticket before assigning them, but if not no worries, that is easy to find out.
As long as you were able to link your tickets, you would then have the ability to check the specifics of your tickets through your My Disney Experience account as well. You can do this by:
    • From your My Disney Experience home screen, scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section.
    • Look for the heading titled "Tickets & Memory Maker"
    • Under that heading, you should see all of your tickets linked to your account and the specifics of the length of days they are good for.
Following these steps will usually get you the quickest and easiest answers to questions specific to your tickets. Under the "Tickets & Memory Maker" section, you will also have the ability to reassign your tickets just in case they have not been allocated correctly to the correct party member. You should see a blue hyperlink to "Reassign Tickets" and this is a fairly easy process to move them around.

As always, technology is great until it does not quite work out as we want. So if these steps do not give you the answers you are looking for, I would recommend getting in contact with the company you received your tickets from. You can also call Disney at (407) 934-7639 and a Cast Member will be happy to help you.

I hope this information helps get your issues resolved. One final tip as you get your tickets resolved, make sure you make it to Theme Park Reservations using Disney Park Pass System. This is free to do but you are not going to be able to get into the parks without one! Feel free to reach back out if you have any other questions, we would be happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Nick
