There shouldn’t be a limit to how many passes, or tickets, you can link to your
My Disney Experience account. I have had some instances where I link something, and it doesn’t show up on the mobile app. But when I check my account from my desktop, they are all there. Sometimes it takes a little time for information to populate on the
mobile app. If you check your account from a desktop and still don’t see all your information, I would reach out to the Internet Help Desk where a friendly Cast Member can check your account and troubleshoot with you live on the phone. The internet help desk number to call is 407-939-7765.
