Your tickets or voucher should have an identification number. When you call 407-939-7679 and speak with a Cast Member they will ask you information about these enchanted gifts. Should these tickets have the Park Hopper Option added, the Cast Member will let you know. You may also take the identification number and
link it to your Disney account in
My Disney Experience. Once linked, you will be able to see the ticket details. Eventually, all tickets should be linked through My Disney Experience so you may plan your
FastPass+ reservations.
Please note, sometimes you need to bring the voucher in person to
Guest Relations and exchange for Magic Your Way base tickets.
Disney Dad Tip: I would also suggest downloading the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. You can link tickets, dining and resort reservations, see show times and theme park hours as well as "
Get Directions" with interactive maps to anywhere in the 'World".
