    My passes disappeared from the app and I don’t have the info to link them

    Hi there, Monika! Thanks for visiting us at planDisney. I’m so glad you stopped by! I’m sorry to hear you can’t locate your tickets. Let’s see if we can figure this out together. 

    At the time you purchased your tickets, you should have received an email confirmation. It likely came from sender “Disneyland Reservations” with this email address: dlr.guest.mail@disneyonline.com. This email will have your ticket ID numbers in it.

    If you locate your ticket ID numbers, you can link them in the Disneyland mobile app. Go to Tickets and Passes and click the “+” in the upper right corner to see a prompt to link tickets. You can manually enter the ticket ID numbers. 

    You can contact Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 if you still cannot locate your tickets. By providing the email address you used to purchase your tickets, they should be able to locate them for you. 

    Sending a pinch of pixie dust for good luck in finding your tickets!
