Hey there, David, and welcome to planDisney! I love your question for two reasons: (1) I get to learn something new about the Disneyland Resort that I didn't already know (parking structure height restrictions!), and (2) the fact that you're visiting the Happiest Place on Earth with a 15-passenger van must mean a big group coming to visit - how fun!
I looked around the
Parking page and didn't see anything about height restrictions, so I called and spoke with a Cast Member at the
Guest Info line who told me that the vehicle height restriction for the Pixar Pals Parking Structure is 13' 10". It looks to me that the average 15-passenger high-roof transit vans are roughly 9', which would mean you should be good to park in this parking structure! As a backup option, you could always park in the Toy Story Parking Area, which is for recreational and oversized vehicles.
In terms of traveling with large groups, my panelist friends
Kamini and
Carrie have shared EXCELLENT advice and ideas. A few additional tips I'd recommend are to consider purchasing the
Genie+ service for at least one member of your group so you can
take lots of group pictures at Photo Pass Photographer locations. I recently traveled with a large group where we did this and now have some core memories captured in great photos! Also, I love utilizing the
Attractions and Entertainment page to get some ideas of can't-miss things to do as a group during your visit. There are quite a few different filters you can apply if you're looking for specifics like "Big Drops," "Stage Shows," and "Parades."
I hope that was helpful, David! If you think of any follow-up questions as you continue to plan your trip, please feel free to
write me back directly!
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
