Hi there, Tiffany, and welcome to planDisney!
Time flies when you’re having a good time exploring the Disney Parks. It’s great that you’re renewing your Walt Disney World Resort
Annual Pass before the clock strikes midnight because you don’t want to lose out on keeping its cost the same as it was when you got it. Let’s talk about the details!
You have up to 60 days before and up to 30 days after your annual pass expires to renew it. Because you’re still in that window, you are perfectly fine to renew it versus losing it and having to pay at the annual pass’s current rate and make a downpayment (if you sign up for the
Monthly Payment Plan available to Florida residents).
I just renewed my little Mouseketeer’s annual pass last week (an entire 10 days after it expired—eek!), and I can assure you that you won’t have to pay a down payment if you’re using the Monthly Payment Plan. You definitely don’t want to miss out on the cool perks that we get as Annual Passholders like those unique magnets (I just snagged a tropical
Hei Hei one) and possible attraction previews.
Tiffany, please give us a holler here at planDisney if you have any additional questions about how to make the most out of your key to this magical kingdom.
I’m all ears! Magic always,
LeAndra
